If you have the TelstraClear WarpSpeed cable broadband plan and use Windows XP, it is recommended you download the following software to ensure your computer can achieve the maximum possible speed provided by this plan.

If you have the TelstraClear WarpSpeed cable broadband plan and use Windows Vista, no software download is required as this operating system automatically adjusts the required settings on your computer.

The software download adjusts the TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) Window Size setting by adding a line of information to your computer’s registry which allows for the increased speed associated with the WarpSpeed plan.

To update your computer settings:

1. Backup your computer registry using these instructions.

2. Right click on the Download link below and select Save Target As or Save Link As

3. From the Save In field, select Desktop and then click on the Save button on the bottom right.





3. Click on the icon named RWIN-512KB_WinXP-2k.reg, which you will find on your desktop. This will update your registry with the required values
