How do I install and configure the iPass software for Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 3), Windows Vista & Windows 7

1. Delete any existing iPass software from your computer using 'Add/Remove Programs'.

2. Download and install the iPassConnect global roaming software

3. Configure the iPassConnect global roaming software

Important notes:

  • TelstraClear does not guarantee that the access numbers supplied by the iPass software will always allow you to connect
  • We recommend updating the phone book before you travel as new access points are being added all the time. To do this, open the iPassConnect software, choose the Options menu and then click on Update Phonebook (you must be connected to the internet to do this).
