Internet global roaming is a service provided through TelstraClear's partnership with iPass, providing access to the Internet from almost anywhere in the world. Wherever you are, you can access your email and the internet and all your roaming costs are charged to your TelstraClear account in the normal way.

It's easy to arrange

Global roaming is already enabled on TelstraClear internet accounts, just download and install the free iPass software onto the computer you will use when overseas.
The software is compatible with the following:

• Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista and Windows 7
• Mac OS X 10.2 and above

Mail+ also needs to be enabled on your account to receive your TelstraClear email.

It's easy to use

When travelling, simply use the iPass software provided and log on with your usual TelstraClear internet username and password.

Other things you need to know about Global Roaming

• iPass connections are charged at a higher rate than standard TelstraClear internet connections.
• You are responsible for all telephone charges you incur when connecting to TelstraClear internet using iPass.
• TelstraClear does not guarantee that the access supplied by the iPass software will always allow you to connect to TelstraClear's internet service.
